This executive fully air-conditioned Florida vacation home features, 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Swimming Pool & Games Room and is situated on an oversized corner lot, only 12 minutes from the Disney theme parks, so after a long day you’re only minutes away from a cold beer and a dip in the pool!
Located in a quiet community, with a 45 acre deep water lake, nature trails, fishing, cycling, picnic area with grills, lighted basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts and an Olympic size heated community pool; all these facilities are free for you to use as we pay these monthly with our home owners fees.
The Master Suites (2) both have an American king size bed, TV ample drawer space, closet, ceiling fan and en-suite facilities which include double wash hand basin and walk-in shower. Both master suites lead out to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has Twin beds, TV, ample drawer space, ceiling fan and closet. Bedroom 4 has a Double bed, TV, drawer space, ceiling fan and a double closet.
The family bathroom is situated between bedroom 3 & 4 and host a double wash hand basin & bath with shower over.
The spacious lounge area is fully tiled, and furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 2 two seater sofas, Plasma TV, Video, DVD, Stereo system and Sony Playstation with games. Patio doors lead you out to the pool area.
The kitchen is overlooking the lounge and is fully equipped. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen and dining area which will comfortably seat 8 people.
The newly installed Games Room has a full size American pool table, Football table, Electronic Dart Board and 2 Bicycles for your use.
The huge pool area is South facing for all day sunshine, this area comfortably accommodates 6 sun loungers and 2 large tables that seat all your party. (Some properties have small pool area's that can only accommodate 2 loungers and one table of four, which will not accommodate a large party)
In the pool area there is a new BBQ; also for your enjoyment is a large outdoor box which has Pool games, noodles and other floatation rings, these items change throughout the year as people tend to leave different ones. For extra safety and peace of mind the pool area has safety nets to stop small children running out in to the pool area unsupervised.
The pool is larger than the standard pools and boasts Fibre Optic Lighting, blue, purple, red, green, you can either choose the coloured lights to change automatically or you can choose to keep it one colour. This is great for night time swimming. Also attached to the pool is its own bubbling spa; great for relaxing in with a long cold drink, after a very hectic day. Backing on to the pool is a very large garden which has its own Florida Orange Tree!
